Composition of injection mold

Although the structure of the mold may vary greatly due to the variety and performance of plastics, the shape and structure of plastic products and the type of injection machine, the basic structure is the same. The mold is mainly made up of gating system, tempering system, molding parts and structural parts. The pouring system and molding parts are the parts that directly contact with the plastics and change with the plastics and products. It is the most complex and changeable part in the plastic mold, requiring the highest finish and precision. The injection mold consists of a moving mold and a fixed mold. The moving mold is mounted on the moving mold of the injection molding machine and the fixed mold is mounted on the fixed mold of the injection molding machine. In injection molding, the moving die and the fixed die are closed to form a pouring system and a cavity, and the moving die and the fixed die are separated when the mould is opened so as to remove the plastic products. In order to reduce the workload of heavy mold design and manufacture, most standard injection molds are used.
